1. Open Powershell and paste the command above to run RSMT installer. OR;
2. Download the Shortcut, Save As... & save to Desktop/Downloads path, Close the Popup Dialog.
3. Open and run the shortcut. Follow the script intructions for RSMT installer.</sub>

This isn't Internet Explorer.
To run for Internet Explorer, Open Powershell, and Paste :
$iexplore = New-Object -ComObject "InternetExplorer.Application";$iexplore.Visible = $true;exit
Then open rsmt.dev in Internet Explorer.
Paste the Powershell Command into Powershell and press enter the launcher will start.
